تكتب ايام الشهر وتختصر كالتالي:الاول

الثالث the third
الرابع the fourth
الخامس the fifth
تكتب اسماء الشهور العربيه كالاتي

Jamada II

Sha, ban

اذا كانت الرساله داخل البلد لايكتب اسم البلد بل يكتفي باسم المدينه
الرسائل الرسميه تتضمن عنوانين المرسِل والمرسل اليه
